A Day of Healing – Navigating Your Grief Journey

About this Event:
If you have experienced loss and are struggling to cope, you are not alone. Grief is a natural and normal response to losing someone or something that matters to you. However, sometimes grief can feel overwhelming and interfere with your daily life. That’s why we invite you to join us for a Day of Healing, where you can find support, comfort, and healing in a safe and compassionate environment. The Day of Healing is designed for you to connect with other people who understand what you are going through, participate in activities that promote self-care and wellness, and learn coping skills and strategies to help you navigate your grief journey.

- Caring for your body, mind, soul, and spirit

Registration Details: $20/person and includes lunch. Registration is required and is open to those age 18 and older. Registration deadline is 9/22.
