Grief Training for Professionals

We are pleased to announce our first grief training for professionals who work with adults or children. The CEU credits are available to social workers.
- Participants will learn the basics of grief and the grief journey, and explore how to interact with grieving individuals in an effective manner.
- An overview of grief will be discussed as well as common cognitive, physical, and emotional symptoms of grief.
- Participants will learn why the experience of grief is unique for each individual and situation.
- Helpful practices for working with grieving individuals will be presented.

This program has been approved by the State of Ohio CSWMFT Board for 1.5 CEUs for social workers.
